Payment
Payment is handled by PayPal, a company you either love or loathe, or Worldpay, depending on your preference. Their systems are easy to use, and these days you don't need an account to make a payment. Everyone is happy. They are both very secure and both offer a degree of customer protection.

You can of course send a cheque, or call us on 01453 844655 and pay over the phone.

All items sent to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. This service is normally a next day service, but please allow 10 days before getting in contact with us about a lost parcel.

Despatch Time

If you're desperate, place your order then drop us an email and we'll see what we can do.

We ask you for your name, e-mail address, postal address, and trouser length. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.

When you write to us by e-mail, whether for queries, feedback or other reasons, we will retain your e-mail address.

We will not share, rent, sell or trade your personal information with any other third party. Unless, um, no we won't.
